Supporting White Ribbon and working to become a White Ribbon Accredited Workplace

At Sanofi we want to stop all forms or domestic and family violence, which is why we’re proud to partner with White Ribbon and why we’re on the path to becoming a White Ribbon Accredited Workplace. 

White Ribbon works to change attitudes and behaviors that perpetuate men’s violence against women. They engage men and boys to lead social change and deliver a range of primary prevention initiatives involving awareness raising and education, and programs with youth, schools, workplaces and across our broader community.

We believe deeply in supporting White Ribbon’s good work. We believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to reject and prevent domestic and family violence. 
Becoming an Accredited Workplace
The White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation Program specifically addresses the issue of gender discrimination and domestic violence. It provides organisations like ours with a structured framework to examine current policies, procedures, training and communication, then refine and implement new initiatives where necessary. It’s a program of work we, at Sanofi, are committed to delivering.

We’re now working closely with White Ribbon to demonstrate, and where needed to, grow our engagement on the issue of violence against women; our policies and procedures; our people leader and employee training programs; our response to victims and perpetrators; and more.
