I am interested in a position with Sanofi. How do I apply?

To submit your application to positions listed on our career site, please click the "Search and Apply" button and follow the instructions for application submission. Please note we only accept applications submitted online.

What will happen to my resume once it has been submitted?

Once you have completed an application your details will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter for each position you apply to. Your resume will also remain on file indefinitely for other recruiters who are searching for applicants to match with other current openings.

Will you confirm that you have received my resume?

You will instantly receive an email to your nominated email address confirming the successful submission of your application.

How can I update my resume on your system?

Upon creation of your profile and application, you will be asked to create a password. This password can be used to log into your personal account at our career centre at any time. Once you log in, you can edit your contact information and resume.

How does the hiring process work?

At Sanofi we understand that the recruitment and selection process is a two-way relationship; both you and we will make choices about whether to progress your application. As such, we attempt to balance rigour with speed in assessing candidates’ fit to both our company and the roles on offer within it. The selection process will include interviews and reference checking and may also include telephone interviews, psychometric assessment, and validated work simulations or role-plays. The content of each selection process will be tailored to assess the competencies required for each role.
