Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Entry is only open to General Practitioners and Cardiologists aged 18 years or over who are Australian Residents. Employees of Sanofi-aventis Australia Pty Limited, its related companies, associated agencies, and their immediate family are ineligible to enter. To be eligible to win, entrants must complete all details on the entry form, correctly answer the questions then return reply paid form via mail. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

2. Valid entries are those with all sections of the entry form complete, and the medical knowledge questions answered correctly. Entries with any incorrect answer are invalid, and are ineligible to win any prize. Illegible entries are invalid.

3. The promotion commences at 2/7/12. Entries close at 5:00pm 1/10/12 (the promotion period). The draw will be held on 8/10/12 at Cegedim Relationship Management, Level 2, 14-16 Suakin Street, Pymble NSW 2073 commencing at 3pm (AEST). The winners will be notified by mail and will have their name published in The Australian newspaper on 15/10/12. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. There will be a major prize draw to award a total of 10 prizes. The first 10 valid entries will be awarded a Bollmann Piccola Doctor’s Bag valued at AUD $495.16 each. The total prize value is AUD $4,951.60. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. In the event of any unclaimed prizes, a second draw will be held on 8/1/12 at the same location commencing at 12pm (AEST). Winners from such a draw will be notified by mail and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 15/1/12.

6. Sanofi-aventis Australia Pty Limited will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.

7. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

8. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its service providers may use their personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
