Make a Difference

At Sanofi, we also believe the true measure of a company is not only its profit margin or stock price, but also the extent to which it gives back to the communities in which it operates. Through our “Make a Difference” program we offer many initiatives for employees to support local communities and healthcare groups. Some of the initiatives include:

  • Offering employees one day each year to participate in corporate volunteering projects.
  • Company dollar matching programs to augment employees’ personal generosity through payroll giving schemes or fundraising activities.
  • Providing employees with the opportunity to take one months leave on full pay, to make a valuable and sustainable contribution to communities in need in a local or overseas disadvantaged area of their choice.
